About the wine
The winemaker from the German Weingut Markus Molitor absolutely knows his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the picturesque landscape of the Moselle-Saar-Ruwer region. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Riesling with duck or mushrooms.

Tasting note
The nose smells of yellow, ripe fruit and shows fine citrus notes. Creamy on the palate, well-integrated acidity with fine shale notes, extremely dense and concentrated with a long-lasting, mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian cuisine, charcuterie and game.
Vinification
Slow and cool spontaneous fermentation, long maturation on yeast in large oak barrels.
