Tasting note
An amazing Riesling with clear acidity, stony minerality and wonderful fruit aromas of lemons and white peach. Add some herbs. The finish of this wine almost never stops.

Goes well with charcuterie, foie gras and soft cheese.
Vinification
The grapes come from the most rocky places in the top locations in the Zellertal: Frauberg and Zellerweg on Schwarzer Herrgott. The wine matures for at least 5 years before sale.
