About the wine
With the fine Riesling Kabinett trocken Erdener Treppchen from 2015, you will positively surprise your guests. The winemaker from the German Weingut Markus Molitor masters this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the picturesque landscape of the Moselle-Saar-Ruwer region.

Tasting note
Fine scent of nutmeg, chamomile, flint and ripe pears. Dry on the palate, spicy with mature acid structure. On the finish, fine slate notes, harmonious and very melty.

Vinification
The hand harvest in mid-November was followed by a short peel maceration; slow, cool spontaneous fermentation in large wooden barrels and storage on fine yeast.
