Riesling Les Ecaillers smells of acacia and honeysuckle in the glass, as well as notes of white peach. On the palate, aromas of citrus fruits, Douglas fir and beeswax complement the palette. As is typical of a large Riesling, it shows the specific minerality of its terroir. A supportive acid makes it incredibly lively and vibrant. A great white wine!
