Tasting note
Intensive ripe nose of honey, mango, peach, grapefruit and stone. Already very juicy and creamy. Very light tannins on the palate, fine acidity, great precision, structure and beautiful minerality. Long on the finish with delicate minty and earthy notes. A great representative of the 2021 large plants from the Moselle with great storage potential.

Vinification
Clemens Busch uses particularly gentle vinification. After selective manual harvesting, slow spontaneous fermentation begins. The grapes ferment with the help of natural fine yeasts from the vineyard over a period of sometimes over ten months. The maturation takes place in the typical Moselle fuder barrels, which consist of oak wood.
