Tasting note
Intense nose of honey, ripe mango, peach, grapefruit and stone. Even now very juicy and creamy. On the palate, very light tannins, fine acidity and beautiful minerality. Very good storage potential.

Vinification
Clemens Busch relies on particularly gentle vinification. After selective manual harvesting, slow spontaneous fermentation is started. The grapes ferment with the help of natural fine yeasts from the vineyard over a period of over ten months in some cases. The maturation takes place in the typical Moselle fuder barrels, which are made of oak wood.
