The family's viticulture dates back to 1770: What is unique, however, is that organic viticulture has never been sacrificed here to the appeal of productivity through mechanization and chemistry, not even when it tasted the recognition of the guild. From working in vineyards and cellars to aesthetically, functionally and ecologically captivating architecture - unique, innovative. In 2016, Christian did not buy additional plots of land, but rented out a large part of it in order to devote himself to the privileged locations with all his passion.
