Tasting note
Juicy pear and apple aromas permeate the nose. On the palate, this classic Riesling sparkling wine is dry with a crisp acidity and fine-grained mousse. The pear and apple aromas are complemented by pink grapefruit, fresh mint and lemon balm on the palate. The delicate yeast note supports the pleasant minerals.
