About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2018, it is this outstanding white wine 2016 — Riesling SM Achleiten. You can describe nature in Lower Austria with such words as mountainous or hilly. However, Austrian Weingut Prager is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded! Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Riesling with duck or mushrooms.

Tasting note
Medium yellow-green. Yellow fruit textures underlaid with fine herbal spice, nuances of pineapple and mango, delicately underlaid with stone fruit, fine mineral notes. Juicy, white fruit, racy structure, subtle extract sweetness in the finish, good future potential.

Goes well with starters, fish and seafood, poultry and veal, Asian dishes and hard and soft cheeses.
