Tasting note
The nose shows exotic fruits such as mango, papaya, pineapple and limes. Crystal clear, elegant, juicy on the palate. Crisp and refreshing acidity, long and complex finish.

Vinification
Hand-picked, spontaneously fermented slowly and cool, matured in large wooden barrels, then stored for a long time on the fine yeast.
