Tasting note
The nose shows exotic fruits such as mango, papaya, pineapple and limes. Crystal-clear, elegant, juicy on the palate. Crunchy and refreshing acidity, long and complex finish.

Goes well with dessert and foie gras.
Vinification
Hand-picked, slowly and cool, spontaneously fermented, aged in large wooden barrels, then aged for a long time on fine yeast.
