About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of the Moselle-Saar-Ruwer region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the German Weingut Markus Molitor conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Give yourself joy for the senses with the first-class Riesling Spatlese trocken Zeltinger Sonnenuhr from 2016!
Tasting note
Juicy on the nose and scented with apricots and peaches. The palate is soft, very supple, elegant, mouth-filling and astringent. The body is complex, dense with a lively sweet-acid game. Multi-faceted finish with the finest minerals.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, saltwater fish and soft cheese.
Vinification
Hand-picked, spontaneously fermented slowly and cool, matured in large wooden barrels, then stored for a long time on the fine yeast.
