About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of the Moselle-Saar-Ruwer region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the German Weingut Markus Molitor conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
On the nose apricot, grapefruit, cassis, quince, honey and subtle shades of slate. Very dense, complex and multi-faceted on the palate with an animating sweetness and acidity. Rich in finesse, elegant and very long in the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with chocolate, dessert, foie gras
Vinification
Hand-picked, spontaneously fermented slowly and cool, matured in large wooden barrels, then stored for a long time on the fine yeast.
