The Riesling trocken Ürziger Würzgarten Spätlese Edit bouquet of petrol, nectarine and pineapple shows aromatic complexity and plenty of culinary potential. The prominent notes of apple, apricot and lime create their individual texture. With a slim body and outstanding acidity, this white wine shows its flawless structure.

Vinification
Riesling trocken Ürziger Würzgarten Spätlese Edition 14 von Markus Molitor wird hergestellt aus Rieslingtrauben, die auf Rotschieferböden an der Mosel wachsen. Das 100% gesundes Traubengut wird langsam und kühl spontan vergoren. Im Anschluss an die Gärung folgte dann ein schonender Ausbau im grossen Holzfass mit langem Hefelager.
