The Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm has been at the helm of the Moselle for over 100 years and also enjoys an excellent reputation worldwide, particularly among professionals. Rieslings are known for their longevity and for accurately reflecting the soil, climate and location characteristics of each vintage.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are gently pressed and then fermented spontaneously. A long aging process on fine yeast provides a great deal of texture and complexity.
