Goes well with Spanish raw ham and cheese. But also excellent with various meat dishes such as chicken with tomatoes, lamb stew or veal cookies with cream sauce.

To ensure that this wine is of the same quality as possible year after year, every plot in the vineyard is closely monitored to determine the perfect harvest time. Each plot is fermented separately. Fermentation at 28-29ºC. Storage in oak barrels for 14 months, then in bottle for 8 months.
