About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Castillo de Mendoza has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and enchanting landscape of the Upper Ebro. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Tempranillo with lasagna or red meat.

Tasting note
The playful aromas of Rioja Reserva Chirimendo DOCa of black cherry, chocolate and cooked blackberry express a lot of character with a very individual structure. Next, the refreshing nuances of prune, clove and marmalade show their own character. Strong body and present acidity result in the fruity red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats, lamb, beef, paella, mature semi-hard and hard cheeses.
