Brilliant straw yellow with green reflections. Very complex, floral and mineral on the nose, with notes of pears, some bergamot, ripe citrus and honey, accompanied by a fine spiciness. Invitingly refreshing on the palate. With lots of juice and melts, always elegant. The notes from the nose are repeated on the palate. Perfectly integrated and supportive acidity, delightful texture. Aromatically persistent on the finish and of very good length.
