About the wine
We have a special, distinctive white wine from 2021 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the Italian winery Giovanni Rosso in the picturesque and sunny landscape of Piedmont masters this white wine with sensitivity and intuition. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this arneis with fried chicken or tapas dishes.
Tasting note
Pale straw yellow color. On the nose, scent of acacia, peach, pear and nuances of mango. Balanced and fresh on the palate, elegant and hearty.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent accompaniment to appetizers and spring dishes, vegetable soups, freshwater fish dishes and vitello tonnato. Also highly recommended as an aperitif.
Vinification
Expansion in steel tanks for 16 months. It is left to rest in the bottle for three months before being sold.
