Tasting note
Rohstoff weiss's refreshing bouquet of passion fruit, peach and almond plays brilliantly with your sense of smell. Refreshing nuances of lemon, lime and apple then resolutely and consciously impress your senses of taste. Slim body and dominant acidity result in the fruity white wine, which shows lots of character and class in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful with an aperitif, drunk solo, but also with various aperitifs, smoked salmon, light fish dishes, pulpo and poultry.
Vinification
Information about vinification: Grapes are harvested and selected by hand. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank. The further expansion takes place in steel tanks for approx. 4 months.
