About the wine
Fertile and blooming landscapes in Basilicata give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Eubea Fam. Sasso conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. With this outstanding red wine 2009 — ROINOS DOC Aglianico del Vulture, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Aglianico is excellent to serve with leek vegetables or beef tartare.
Tasting note
The aromas of the ROINOS DOC Aglianico del Vulture of plum express a lot of complexity with a very unique structure. Afterwards, the playful nuances of white pepper, black cherry and smoke reveal their own character. A red wine with a powerful body and outstanding acidity, which develops its complex structure vigorously with rich tannins on the tongue and palate.
