The nature of Ticino can be described with such words as hilly or mountainous. However, the Swiss winery Guido Brivio is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded! This striking Sauvignon Blanc 2015 — Ronco Bain is a hit right down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you offer this Sauvignon Blanc with white meat or goat cheese.

Tasting note
The typical scent characteristics of elderflower, gooseberries, stinging nettles and pink grapefruit reveal the Sauvignon Blanc. Exotic fruit notes of mango and passion fruit increase the complexity of the wine, which is confirmed on the palate. Carried by a lively, well-integrated acidity, the wine appears fresh and sexy and ends with a slightly mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended with fish, mussels and white meat.
Vinification
Der Most wird durch eine sehr schonende Pressung der teilweise abgebeerten Trauben gewonnen; die Gärung erfolgt in Edelstahltanks bei einer Temperatur von 16-18ºC
