About the wine
The wine-growing regions of the Hattingley Valley winery stretch across the landscapes where the experienced winemaker produces this sparkling wine. Spoil your guests at Easter dinner with this strong sparkling wine — Rosé brut. Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this sparkling wine with aperitifs or shellfish.

Tasting note
Light pink color with aromas of strawberries and raspberries, with fine brioche notes. Refreshing with fine fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, Asian cuisine, fruit desserts.
Vinification
Blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 38% Pinot Meunier and 2% Pinot Précorce. The Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier are fermented in stainless steel tanks. 8% are fermented in old Burgundy barrels and partial biological acid degradation takes place. The wine rests for 5 months before the 2% of Pinot Précorce, as a cold-macerated red wine, is added. The sparkling wine then spends 29 months on the lees and is bottled with a dosage of 8 g/l.
