Tasting note
Shiny pink On the nose, with notes of spring blossoms, mandarin, elderberry and almonds. Very round on the palate, with aromas of currants, cranberries, raspberries and light notes of citrus and anise. Harmonious mousse and a long, slightly mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes perfectly with a mussel risotto or grilled lamb racks.
