Tasting note
Pale pink On the nose, intense notes of pineapple and grapefruit and hints of lilac and coconut. Fresh on the palate with aromas of ripe nectarines, peaches and a touch of vanilla. Well-integrated acid and a mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Exotic summer salads or grilled prawns with herbs go wonderfully.
Vinification
Art lover Pierre Guénant has found his new muse with Château Beaulieu and is breathing new life into the winery located in an old volcanic crater. Thanks to ideal climatic conditions and an innovative team, he produces typical Provence rosés with class at Château Beaulieu.
