About the wine

Rosé, who doesn't think of Provence and Château Minuty. Since the 18th century, viticulture has been carried out on the Château on the peninsula of St. Tropez. In 1936, Gabriel Farnet took over the estate and made Chateau Minuty the rosé of the Côtes de Provence. In 1955, the great efforts were rewarded and Château Minuty was classified as Cru Classé of the Côtes des Provence as one of only 23 establishments. To this day, the property has grown to over 80 hectares of vineyards, a fortunate thing, because not only do you hear about the rosé, you can also drink it that way.
