The Rose Numen from Johannes Zillinger is an unfiltered, somewhat cloudy St. Laurent from his top, most “natural” NUMEN series. By this, we mean the least possible intervention in the cellar, in which the grapes begin to ferment in their skins (intracellularly). The wine has lots of character, deep aromas, wild and strawberries, and a spicy, mineral finish at the end.
