Tasting note
A fresh, light and fruity rosé wine. Coppery red. Subtle bouquet Some berry fruit (strawberry, raspberry, gooseberry) and melon. candy clay. A slightly tangy first drink on the palate. Rather slim, harmonious structure with a slightly present, juicy acidity. A slight rose scent is added to the back aroma. Short finish.
Culinary recommendation
It is suitable as an aperitif wine and also goes well with cold smoked fish, pate, tapas, seafood and Asian dishes.
