Tasting note
Strong ruby red in the glass indicates a lot of complexity, on the palate intense aromas of ripe plums on a firm vanilla foundation, dark notes of leather and cocoa also resonate. A wine with race and character.

Vinification
The perfectly ripened and selected grapes are fermented in steel tanks. Duration of maceration: 8-9 days. After malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine ages in small French oak barrels for 18-24 months.
