Tasting note
This red wine is dressed in a rich ruby red and unfolds its complex bouquet on the nose with notes of ripe plum as well as spices and roasted aromas. On the palate, the soft tannins nestle softly and velvety and underline the elegance and complexity of the red wine. With increasing age, it develops its full potential.
Culinary recommendation
Wines to celebrate and enjoy, at the festive table or in front of the fireplace. Roast or game dishes, wild fowl, roast beef, châteaubriand and sweet cheeses such as Gruyere, Tilsit or ripe brie.
Vinification
