About the wine

The winemaker from the Italian winery Brancaia has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and blooming landscape of Tuscany. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this cabernet sauvignon with ribeye steak or red meat.

Tasting note
A pure, expressive Cabernet Sauvignon. On the nose, aromas of cassis, blackberries, red currants, plums, vanilla and some mocha. Full-bodied on the palate, with velvety tannins, nice structure and good drinking flow.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, pork, barbecues and game.
Vinification
In oak barrels for 12 months.
