About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Cantine Leonardo da Vinci masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the fertile and blooming landscape of Tuscany. If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it is this powerful Shiraz 2016 Rosso Toscana Linarius IGT. The Flaschenpost team promise a culinary experience if you offer this shiraz with barbecue or venison.
Tasting note
An intensely ruby-red wine with violet reflections and aromas of spices, vanilla, coffee and hints of ripe red fruits. On the palate, it is wonderfully balanced, with silky, supple tannins and a persistent, very pleasant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef with light sauces and lamb with dark sauces.
