Tasting note
Das Bouquet des roter Lenz von Pilzen und Karamellbonbon zeigt vielschichtige Aromastruktur und viel Genusspotential. Die dominanten Noten von Himbeere, Kirsche und Vanille gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Mittelkräftiger Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Rotwein, welcher angenehm mit feinen Tanninen im Mund viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.
Culinary recommendation
Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Roter Lenz harmoniert perfekt mit Käse, Ente und Lachs. Unsere Empfehlung: Die ideale Trinktemperatur für den Bio-Rotwein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 14°-16°C.
