Tasting note
On the nose, intense scent of cherries, dark berries, some mineral notes and a very fine spiciness; on the palate soft and full-bodied, round body and slightly flowing, again beautiful fruit with a subtle chocolate aftertaste and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with dried meat and cheese, white meat and poultry dishes.
Vinification
In French oak barrels.
