About the wine
The dominant Shiraz 2020 — Saint-Chinian-Roquebrun Les Fiefs d'Aupenac MO is the missing puzzle piece on your wine rack. Sunny landscapes in Languedoc-Roussillon give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Cave de Roquebrun conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpöstler tip: Pair this Shiraz with game or barbecue.
Tasting note
This wine is selected from old vines from various plots and aged in oak barrels for 12-18 months. The color is ruby red to purple red. On the nose, we recognize aromas of black cherries, cassis, blackberries and cinnamon as well as notes of truffles. A complex and delightful wine with beautiful tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game dishes and seasoned meats.
