About the wine

The wine-growing areas of the French wine-growing estate Paul Jaboulet Aîné extend over the landscapes of the Côtes du Rhône, where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This hermitage can be served very well with vegetable buffers or rice dishes.

Tasting note
Floral bouquet with notes of stone fruits, such as white peach. Medium body with a fine acidity and a mineral finish, good length and durability.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with freshwater fish, hard cheese, saltwater fish and veal.

Hand harvesting, whole grape pressing, fermentation in steel tanks, concrete eggs and French oak barrels.
