The creators of Balteo di Orione know exactly the peculiarities of their wine-growing region. They know in which of their hilly plots the three grape varieties find the best conditions for optimal ripening. And thanks to their vast experience, they have an enormous instinct for the perfect blend of grape varieties, which makes the Balteo di Orione a first-class treat.
Tasting note
Strong notes of ripe wild berries dominate the bouquet of this garnet red, fruity and balanced wine. There are also peppery aspects and a hint of vegetal notes. Beautiful tannins and a soft, full-bodied body enchant the palate; here, the berry and stone fruit aromas are accompanied by hints of licorice.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled or roasted veal.
