Tasting note
Pale, shiny raspberry pink in the glass. Fragrant bouquet of red fruits (cherries, raspberries), underlaid with delicate herbal notes. Fresh on the palate with fine residual sweetness and a soft finish. When drunk chilled, Sangre de Toro Rosé 0.0 is perfect as an apero. It also goes well with traditional tapas, cold plates and light summer dishes. Note: As a non-alcoholic beverage, Sangre de Toro Blanco 0.0 is not legally a wine.
Vinification
The grapes were mashed for a short 24 hours and then fermented at a temperature controlled temperature at a cool 16-18 °C in stainless steel tanks for around 15-20 days. After alcoholic fermentation and aromatic development of the wines, the alcohol was removed in a special, gentle process and the now alcohol-free Sangre de Toro Rosé 0.0 was bottled.
