Tasting note
Dark, shiny cherry red in the glass. On the nose, an exquisite, aromatic bouquet of juicy ripened raspberries and quince jelly, backed by only very delicate notes of French oak (such as freshly toasted bread, vanilla). On the palate, it is velvety, juicy and harmoniously balanced with the fine fruit of the bouquet and a touch of sweetness on the finish. From pasta to game dishes, this wine goes well with almost all dishes. Note: As a non-alcoholic beverage, Sangre de Toro Blanco 0.0 is not legally a wine.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for red wine is slightly chilled 15°-18°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Sangre de Toro Tinto 0 0° Alcohol-free goes perfectly with roasted vegetables, barbecues and game.
Vinification
The optimally ripened grapes were harvested from the beginning of September and mashed for a short time. This was followed by comparatively cool temperature-controlled fermentation at 24-26°C in stainless steel tanks. 5 percent of the wine matured in new French oak barrels to give additional structure and delicate spicy notes. The alcohol was then carefully removed from the finished wine using an innovative process. The result is a wine drink with all the aromas and natural ingredients of a wine, except for the alcohol.
