About the wine
Blooming and fertile landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Mamete Prevostini conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: First 5 days of cold maceration of the freshly pressed grapes followed by alcoholic fermentation; 8 months of aging in stainless steel.
