Les Essarts made its debut with the 2018 vintage. From young vines - planted in 2010 - a small individual plot of the same name, limestone soils covered with firestone (Silex). Expanded in 300 lt and 600 liter barrels. The bouquet features inviting aromas of grapefruit, quince and pickled lemons, plus finely buttery, toasted notes of almond brittle, honeycomb and mineral flint character shaped by the terroir. Showing nice fullness on the palate, yet fresh with well-supporting acidity and a fine touch of salt in the finale. ONLY A FEW BOTTLES PRODUCED!
