About the wine
The Power Bauer brothers from the Palatinate produce tasty, fresh and harmonious wines, which they label with cheeky, creative labels. The family business, steeped in tradition, is now run by the 5th generation of the Bauer family, a competent duo of brothers Alexander and Martin Bauer — one oenologist, the other marketing expert. Bio
Tasting note
The 100% Sauvignon Blanc is qualified as a local Nussdorf wine, is carefully harvested by hand, fermented after gentle pressing, at a controlled temperature, aged on the yeast in stainless steel after a long period of time and not bottled until late.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the white wine is slightly chilled 8°-10°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with goat cheese, fish and white meat.
