Picturesque landscapes of Burgenland give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Austrian Weingut Leo Hillinger conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Bio
Tasting note
The Sauvignon Blanc appears in the glass in medium straw yellow with green reflections. The distinct nose reveals the scent of gooseberry and elderberry, mown grass and green peppers, as well as floral aromas such as cornflower. These unfold on the palate to a true explosion of aromas, embedded in a refreshing, medium body. The fruity line continues in the expressive aftertaste.

Vinification
12 hours maceration time, fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aging on fine yeast for 3 months.
