About the wine

Walnut Block is the vision of two brothers - Clyde and Nigel Sowman. The winery was founded in 1996 and is located in the world-famous Marlborough wine-growing region, near Cloudy Bay on the South Island of New Zealand. The farm is home to Marlborough's oldest walnut tree, hence the name Walnut Block. All wines are certified organic and make you want more!

Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. A complex, fruity bouquet of gooseberries and grapefruits with a slight mineral note. Perfect acid structure.
Culinary recommendation
Thanks to its freshness and vibrancy, it can be enjoyed as a delicious aperitif, with puff pastry or toasted almonds.
Vinification
Was removed in stainless steel tanks.
