About the wine
The winemaker from the South African winery Paul Cluver Wine Estate masters this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the fertile and sunny landscape of the coastal region. You will definitely have a lot of fun with the fine Sauvignon Blanc Elgin WO, which was produced in 2016.

Tasting note
The refreshing aromas of passion fruit, nectarine and basil express a lot of complexity with a very unique structure. Afterwards, the refreshing nuances of lime and green apple reveal their own character. A white wine with a light body and distinctive acidity, which unfolds its complex structure on the tongue and palate.
