Multifaceted bouquet with aromas of ripe peach fruit, white and red currants and a hint of pineapple, underlined with a mineral touch. Juicy, highly elegant on the palate, with a silky texture and a finesse acid structure. With certain future potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a wide variety of freshwater fish, both as a starter such as char tartare or finely smoked trout, as well as with poached fillets with white wine herb sauce. Also wonderful with poultry or white meat.
