Tasting note
The grapes were picked selectively by hand and aged slowly and traditionally after spontaneous fermentation. Ripe pear notes, plus aromatic elderberry. Lots of cassis with air too. Complex and radiantly clear on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with cold starters and is perfect with asparagus.
