Tasting note
Clear, intense golden yellow. Very intense of honey, dried pineapple, lychee, papaya, passion fruit and ripe peach with grapefruit. Fruity with litchi, papaya, passion fruit, peach and honey. Sweet taste with a balanced mix of sweetness and acidity, which gives the wine a delicacy that persists right through to the finish.

Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Sauvignon Blanc Trockenbeerenauslese passt hervorragend zu Fisch, Geisskäse und weissem Fleisch.
