A bit more subtle and puristic, the unique Sauvignon Blanc aroma of Sauvignon Blanc s from Weedenborn is retained, but it doesn't polarize as much and you don't drink yourself full for a long time. Experts love it and celebrate the young winemaker with many points.

Tasting note
Sauvignon Blanc's refreshing aromas of passion fruit, nectarine and basil express a lot of finesse with a very individual structure. Next, the playful nuances of lime and green apple show their own character. This is memorable: its shiny golden yellow is first pleasing to the eye and then to the mind. With a light body and distinctive acidity, this white wine shows its flawless quality.
