About the wine
With the provocative Sauvignon Blanc 2016 — Sauvignon Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC, nuances and accents are redefined. The winemaker from the Italian winery Torre Rosazza has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape of Friuli. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Sauvignon Blanc with mussels or goat cheese.

Tasting note
Light straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, beguiling scents of grapefruit, gooseberries and freshly cut grass. This is accompanied by Thai basil, white peach, lemon zest and lemongrass. Intensely fruity on the palate with typical Sauvignon Blanc characteristics, very fresh, almost mineral and wonderfully complex.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with crustaceans and asparagus.
Vinification
After harvesting and extensive selection, the grapes are pressed and fermented in steel tanks. The aging is also carried out in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks.
